The early check-in is charged 50% of the daily room rate if the check-in is after 07:00. If the check-in is before 07:00, a full daily room rate will be charged. Late check-out is charged 50% of the daily room rate if the check-out is before 19:00. If the check-out is after 19:00, a full daily room rate will be charged.

Reservation Cancellation

Standard Rate – pay when you stay: Booking cancellation is free of charge, if the cancellation is done at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Otherwise a one-night penalty fee is charged. If you have a booking at our hotel and you haven’t cancelled it, but you also haven’t stayed, a one-night penalty fee is charged as a no-show.

Early Booking Rate – pay at the time of booking: If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will NOT be refunded.

Smoking Policy

In our Hotel we want to create the atmosphere of family comfort, that’s why we have a 100% smoke free policy. We hope that your stay at our Hotel will be comfortable. A penalty of 70,000 AMD will be charged if you smoke in any of our guest rooms.

We do have some rooms in our Deluxe category that have balconies, where the guests can smoke.

Child Policy

Children below 6 years old accompanied by adults are accommodated free of charge. A 50 % discount on the daily room rate is applied for children between the ages of 6-12.

ID Requirements

For security purposes as well as by law constraints, a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at the time of check-in. Children under 18, need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
