Q: What types of rooms are available in the hotel?
A: The hotel has 4 room categories: Economy, Standard, Standard Twin | Double, Deluxe Twin | Double, Studio Suite. All room categories have various occupancies available: single, double, twin, triple and etc. All room categories can be booked through our website.
Q: Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
A: The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy. For double occupancy the room rate changes only for breakfast. Starting from the 3rd person we charge extra bed pricing.
Q: Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
A: All room reservations require a credit card guarantee in order to be a ‘guaranteed’ reservation. Sometimes we accept last minute bookings without a CC guarantee. We take reservation on our website as well as through other online booking engines.
Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please, check our booking cancellation policy in the Policies menu below. For other inquiries, please, contact our Reservations department by email@example.com.
Q: What is your cancellation | deposit policy?
A: Our hotel usually does not require a deposit upon check-in. The payment and cancellation policies differ according to the rate chosen upon booking.
Standard Rate – pay when you stay: Booking cancellation is free of charge, if the cancellation is done at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Otherwise a one-night penalty fee is charged. If you have a booking at our hotel and you haven’t cancelled it, but you also haven’t stayed, a one night penalty fee is charged as a no-show.
Early Booking Rate – pay at the time of booking: If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will NOT be refunded
Q: Is my ID | passport required at check in?
A: We do require the presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. This is required by the RA legislation.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex plastic cards. When you check in to the hotel, we will hold the full room charges including taxes and charge the amount to your card upon check-in. We do not accept checks. If you would like to check in to the hotel with cash, we will ask for the full payment of room charges, applicable taxes upon check-in. We also accept bank transfers, but the transfer should be made and available on our bank account upon guest check-out.
Q: How many people can stay in one room?
A: Each guest room can accommodate a minimum of 1 person. Some rooms have the option of accommodating up to 5. Please, read the room descriptions and see room photos for more details. Also please, note that some rooms can have and an extra bed added and most of the sofas can be converted into a bed. Moreover, we offer connecting rooms for families. Please, note that we do not recommend to have more than 3 adults in one guest room.
Q: Do you offer discounts for a group booking?
A: Yes, we offer special rates for group bookings. For details, please, contact our Sales Department by firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you have a pet policy?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at this point, except for occasions when the pet is a blind assistant.
Q: Do you have pet-free rooms for those with allergies?
A: All our rooms are pet free.
Q: Does the room rate include breakfast?
A: Yes, all room rates include breakfast.
Q: What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
A: The standard check-in time is 14:00 and standard check-out is at 12:00. All hours are mentioned by Yerevan Time, GMT + 4 Time Zone.
Q: Is it possible to check-in earlier?
A: It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before. For early check-ins we provide flexible pricing. Q: Do you provide a service for late check-out?
A: It is sometimes possible to check-out later, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the room at your disposal for late check-out, you can reserve the room till the night after. For late check-outs we provide flexible pricing.
Q: Do you have twin, triple and quadruple room?
A: Yes, we do have twin and triple and quadruple rooms. Please, check our room descriptions for more details.
Q: Do you have connecting rooms?
A: Yes, we do have connecting rooms in our Standard room category. You may make a request for connecting rooms during your reservation or by contacting us through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Are king-sized beds available in the rooms?
A: Yes, we have a King-size bed (180*200m2) in all our room categories except for Economy rooms, where we have a Queen-size bed (160*200m2).
Q: Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
A: No, we haven’t
Q: What type of pillows do you have on each bed?
A: We are delighted to offer you two types of hypo-allergenic pillows: sintepon and microfiber.
Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
A: Being a 100% smoke free hotel, we do not have any smoking rooms. We are happy to offer you rooms with balconies in the Deluxe category.
Q: Is there a safety box available at the hotel?
A: Yes, there is a safety box in every guest room. They are available free of charge.
Q: Is an email service available at the hotel?
A: We have complimentary Wi-Fi at the hotel in all guest rooms and public areas.

Q: Is a babysitting service available?
A: Yes, we have a babysitting service available upon request at extra cost.
Q: Are baby cribs available in the rooms?
A: Yes, baby cribs are available upon request, free of charge. Please, mention baby crib as a request during your reservation or upon arrival at the hotel.
Q: Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A: Breakfast buffet is served on the ground floor of the hotel at Nova Café from 7:30-10:30 on week days and till 11:00 on week-ends and holidays.
Q: Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?
A: A selection of vegetarian dishes is available at our hotel, but you can also mention your dietary restrictions upon check-in and our cooks will be happy to accommodate your requests.

Q: Is there a swimming pool or a gym at the hotel?
A: No, unfortunately we don’t have a swimming pool or a gym at our hotel premises, but we can make suggestions for you at our Front Desk if you need to keep your work-out schedule during your stay with us.
Q: Do you have hairdryers, irons, ironing boards and refrigerators in the rooms?
A: Yes, all our guest rooms have hairdryers and refrigerators. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request, free of charge at our Front Desk.
Q: Do the guest rooms have mini-bars?
A: Yes, all our guest rooms have fully stocked mini-bars available.
Q: How do I get to the hotel?
A: The Zvartnots International Airport is within 12.8 kilometers from our Hotel. By car, the hotel is just a 15-minute journey. You can also request an airport pick-up service upon your reservation and we will make sure you get to our hotel fast and easy.
Q: What is the best means of transportation to and from the airport?
A: The best way to get to and from the airport is via taxi or car service (pick-up and drop-off). Car Service can be arranged by contacting our Front Desk at email@example.com or by requesting the pick-up during your reservation.
Q: Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
A: We will be able to make recommendations | bookings according to your needs with our partner organizations. You can contact with our Front Desk which will be pleased to assist you.
Q: Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled guests?
A: No, we don’t have rooms specially equipped for disabled guests in the hotel.
Q: Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangement for domestic and international flights?
A: Yes, our Front Desk will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.
Q: Is a doctor available at the hotel?
A: We don’t have a doctor on call 24 hours, but we will be able to make arrangements for our guests to have consultations, if need be, our Front Desk staff will also be able to call for emergency assistance.
Q: How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?
A: The nearest hospital is only 2.7 kilometers away from the hotel. It takes around 7-10 minutes by car to get to the hospital.
Q: Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
A: The nearest bank is located within a 2-minute walking distance from the hotel.
Q: What is the currency in Armenia?
A: The currency in the Republic of Armenia is the Armenian Dram. Check the current exchange rate on our Central Bank home page (www.cba.am). Please, note that we are required to process all cash payments only in AMD, thus be prepared to have the local currency or to pay by a credit card.
Q: At what time do the banks open?
A: Banks are open from 09:30-17:30 Monday to Friday and from 10:00 – 14:00 on Saturdays.
Q: Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Armenia?
A: Hotel guests can use our free of charge luggage room during their stay in Armenia.
Q: What voltage do you use in Armenia?
A: The electricity voltage in Armenia is at 220 volts. Adapters are available at the hotel upon request free of charge.
Q: What is the VAT refund system in Armenia?
A: Tourists are not able to claim back the VAT when they exit the country. Some stores provide items free of taxes for tourist to purchase.
Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Armenia?
A: The tap water in Armenia is drinkable, but we do not recommend travelers to drink it during their first week of stay, to avoid any acclimatization complications.
Q: What is the weather like at different times of the year?
A: Armenia’s climate is very different. The country is located in the subtropical zone, among ridges of the central part of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains. Despite this, the subtropical climate is observed only in the southern part of Armenia. In other regions of Armenia the climate is markedly continental. Summer is dry and sunny, lasting from June to mid-September. Winter is short and quite cold with plenty of snow. In autumn and spring frosts are frequently strong.

A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of our Hotel.

A: A variety of local and international newspapers is available at the Lobby of our Hotel.

A: No, we don’t offer office space for rent.

A: There are many shopping centers in Yerevan and here are some of them listed below:
- Dalma Mall is a two-storied shopping and entertainment complex, which is located near the center of Yerevan at Tsitsernakaberd Highway 3. This spacious and prestigious center is suitable for anyone who prefers civilian and comfortable shopping. dalma.am
- Yerevan Mall is famous for its unique architectural design developed by world-renowned international companies “Broadway Malyan” and “Archangel”. Here you will find a variety of designer shops, as well as a wide variety of entertainment choices. yerevanmall.am
- Metronome is located very close to Nova Hotel Yerevan within a 5-minute walk, provides choices of common clothing brands as well as a food court.
- Tashir Street Shopping Gallery is located within a 10-minute walk from Nova Hotel Yerevan underneath the most walked on streets in the center of the city- Nothern Avenue. This shopping gallery gives you a choice to visit unique stores and experience brands that are not represented in any other shopping center in Yerevan.
- Vernissage is a popular Armenian fair, which starts from the underground station “Republic Square” and stretches across Khanjian Street. Every weekend the fair becomes home to hundreds of artists, jewelers, potters and other craftsmen. They present their amazing colorful works that can be bought by anyone who wishes. A: Yes, it takes approximately 10 minutes on foot to reach the entertainment venues.
Q: What are the local tourist attractions?

Q: Do you have a concierge on staff?
A: Our Front Desk staff will be more than happy to assist with guest needs and special requests, including concierge service.

A: A wide range of Alcoholic beverages is available for purchase at our Bar.
Q: Is there a gift shop on property? When is it open? What does it sell?
A: No, we do not have a gift shop but there are very many gift shops available very close to our hotel.
